FAQ

Download keel.zip from your purchase. In WordPress admin go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme. Select the zip, install, and activate. Then go to Appearance → Customizer → Demo Import to pull in the demo content.
No, and this is by design. Keel is built entirely with native WordPress blocks (Gutenberg). Page builders would override Keel's performance architecture and AEO schema output. The block editor is the intended environment — and the reason Keel scores 97 on Lighthouse.
Go to Appearance → Customizer → Color World. Choose from Manuscript, Nightgarden, Rosewood, Nordic, Canopy, or Clay. The entire design system — backgrounds, text, borders, accents, and all block colors — updates with a single setting. No CSS editing required.
PHP 8.1 or higher, WordPress 6.4 or higher. Standard on any modern managed WordPress host (Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, Pressable, SiteGround). Keel does not require any additional server software or PHP extensions beyond the WordPress defaults.
Keel is licensed per-site via ThemeForest's Regular License. Each installation of Keel on a separate domain requires its own license purchase. If you're an agency building client sites, you'll need a license per client site.
Keel's contact page uses Contact Form 7. Install the CF7 plugin from the WordPress plugin directory, then install Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection (free Cloudflare account required). Full setup instructions are in the Keel documentation under "Contact Form Setup."
Yes. Keel includes one-click demo import for the Vessel Studio demo — all pages, case studies, and block configurations. The import creates all the content visible at the live demo, ready to edit and replace with your own.
